The 5 Festivals Co-Commission open call is an opportunity for artists and creators to produce a new piece of work to tour five major boutique music / art festivals across the UK. The festivals are bluedot, Kendal Calling, Shambala, Lakes Alive and Arts by the Sea. All festivals are known for creating immersive arenas for arts and culture within each of their festival sites. In 2019 we’re particularly interested in outdoor light art and installation work. Successful artist applicants will receive funding, publicity around their commission and support from the festival’s production team and Creative Producer to realise their idea.
