Bobby has recently discovered a love of weaving with willow to make a sculpture which ties in with his love of making art for community spaces, along with the meditative practice that it requires to build. This practice runs parallel to his love of folklore, history and storytelling.

You can catch Bobby in the week leading up to the festival as part of our Fringe program, weaving a piece called In Hand – a literal hand that rises out of the ground with space for you to stand in the  palm. The sculpture will remain at Arts by the Sea Festival for the weekend for you to visit and connect with.
