Dorset’s festivals need enthusiastic and eager volunteers to help make these amazing events a great day out for all. Arts by the Sea, b-side and Spark! and Fireflies have a variety of opportunities for volunteers of all kinds – from first timers to those who are looking to hone their leadership skills in more senior roles.

Arts by the Sea

Bournemouth

Friday 27th – Sunday 29th September

Be part of the award-winning Arts by the Sea Festival and help bring amazing spectaculars and incredible performances to Bournemouth! We offer a variety of different roles over the festival weekend to help you get the best experience from this volunteering opportunity. If you’re an early career producer/curator or artist looking for support to develop your skills, network and learn from events professionals, CREATE! is the opportunity for you! Starting Autumn 2024, CREATE! is a talent development programme for early career creatives who will have the opportunity to learn from the teams at Arts by the Sea, b-side and Inside Out Dorset festivals
