Queen’s Platinum Jubilee Bournemouth, Christchurch & Poole – What’s On!

Looking for something to do during the Queen’s Platinum Jubilee Bank Holiday weekend? Bournemouth, Christchurch and Poole has plenty on offer!
Here are some of the free events taking place:
Victorian Jubilee Celebration – Bournemouth
– 10am-4pm on Saturday 2nd June, head to Queen’s Park in Bournemouth for a Victorian-themed Jubilee Celebration. There will be a range of traditional games and activities, as well as live music and street theatre.
Evesong Service and Beacon Lighting – Christchurch
– On Sunday 3rd June, Christchurch Priory will be holding a special evensong service at 6pm to mark the occasion. This will be followed by a beacon lighting at 9pm in the grounds of the Priory.
Jubilee Concert – Poole
– Poole Park will be hosting a special Jubilee Concert on Monday 4th June, featuring live music from local bands and performers. The event will start at 2pm and is free to attend.

Druitt Gardens Nature Trail & Activity Day – Christchurch
We have partnered with Christchurch BID to develop the Druitt Gardens Nature Trail! Taking place on Saturday 4th June from 11:00 – 16:00 as part of the Christchurch Children’s Jubilee Tea Party & Cupcake Competition.
There will be arts and crafts, well-being, mindfulness, and yoga sessions taking place alongside our nature trail. There’s also a sprinkle of magic, stilt-walking, and circus workshops!

Arts by the Sea Festival returns between 30th September – 2nd October, bringing over 100 FREE performances across a multitude of mediums.
