We’re delighted to welcome Bournemouth-based artist Lost Lines as our 2026 Artist in Residence.
Rhea creates bold, character-led work across digital, traditional and large-scale public art, with her colourful style bringing warmth, humour and joy into shared spaces, encouraging us to slow down, connect and be kinder to ourselves and each other.
This year, Rhea will shape the look of Arts by the Sea 2026, drawing inspiration from our theme ELEMENTAL. Her work will explore and celebrate the forces that shape how we live, move and create.
Expect bold characters, bright colour and moments of joy across Bournemouth, as Lost Lines turns the town into an elemental playground.
