Behind the Mask is a relaxed and welcoming creative workshop with gentle music, creative materials and optional reflective prompts. There is no expectation to share or explain anything personal—it is simply an opportunity to pause, create and connect in a psychologically safe environment. No artistic experience is needed, and all materials are included.
