Chris leads on the operational delivery of Arts by the Sea Festival, overseeing the logistics that bring the programme to life. He works closely with artists and partners to coordinate technical requirements, develop event management plans and ensure the festival is delivered safely and successfully. During the festival, he manages the Events and Stewarding teams on the ground, supporting a smooth and engaging experience for audiences.

Prior to joining BCP Council, Chris specialised in fundraising and large-scale public events within the charity sector, leading two flagship art trail projects that raised over £1 million and engaged more than 200,000 people. He is passionate about creating inclusive, high-quality cultural experiences that connect communities and leave a lasting impact.
