Lewis is the City Events Manager at Cambridge City Council, where he prides himself on making culture accessible within the civic landscape of a Local Authority. Delivering around 30 outdoor free open-access events across the year with audiences as big as 25,000, Lewis brings a deep understanding of event operations, logistics, safety, and strategic cultural planning.

Having attended Arts by the Sea on several occasions, he is thrilled to join the Board of Directors to help shape the festival’s future. Lewis has seen firsthand the ability the festival has to enrich the lives of local the people and visitors.
